Avoid if you can
When concerts are cancelled they step out of the way and invite customers to dialogue with small time promoters They took the money Fortunately in the UK we have laws that protect customers so we can do chargebacks on credit cards But be aware that Reservix do not honour their commitments and leave customers hanging I m sure it s legal Under German law maybe But it s not the way a company should behave Disgraceful company Avoid Use a proper company like Ticketmaster where you can Edit So see below I got a legalistic response acknowledging that Reservix take no responsibility and leave customers hanging This rather than changing my mind simply reinforces what I originally said

No refund for cancelled concert
Paid for tickets in advance for a concert on 31 10 20 This was cancelled by the artist so that fans could receive a refund Reservix have refused to refund for over a year and no longer answer requests This review is in English as I suspect other British nationals may fall foul of this firms sharp practice I think the warning sign should have been their refusal to accept credit cards Given the uncertainty during the current Covid crisis I would advise avoiding this firm at all costs

Horrible bought tickets 1 month prior event Accidentally booked for Sunday instead of Saturday Immediately wrote them and tried to reach hotline does it ever work no response When new corona rules came out again no information for event taking place at all Pathetic client service if one could say about its existence at all Buy tickets better in another place

incompetent and inefficient company with little regard for the truth
I would give NO STARS if it were possible I booked a ticket for a tour of Tempelhof Airport last December I paid for insurance also Unfortunately I wasn t even able to fly to Germany because of the pandemic so I asked Reservix to change my ticket date or issue a refund They asked me to send them details and then they took a LONG time to tell me that they couldn t do anything about the situation Dreadful company - appaling customer service poor communication profitting from circumstances which are beyond anybody s control Do not use this company Their reply to this review is not factually correct - another reason as if one were needed not to use them Please don t waste your money
