Had a horrible experience buying there electric razor by Remington Customer support both in the store and in the Head Office are lazy and not willing to help They sell crap which they do not want to acknowledge later Rewe is definitely no go area for me

Paid for delivery for some items with Rewe paketservice Never got any updates it has been over a week and 3 days since the packet was supposedly dispatched but no further information has been provided Forget their customer service emails forms and facebook messages - they just continue to ignore you without a response In the meantime they were very quick to deduct the money from your account right away with no option of a refund Gold star customer service will never bother order with these guys again
