poor product quality poor customer service

Bought a screen protector which rendered my phone s ultra sonic fingerprint reader useless It doesn t work at all with the screen protector I contracted Rhinoshield support who went in circles for 2 weeks and eventually refused to do anything about the problem No wonder their score here is so low Not only their product is bad but they have a customer service department to complement that I do not recommend

Easy devolution process

I bought a phone case but It wasn t as I expected I began the devolution process and It went smoothly even though you need to pay for the delivery The woman Isabela who helped me was really nice and gave a fast response which I recon is important for a client She was really nice and polite

Great protection and finish

It is the first time that I buy items for my mobile phone and the feeling of protection that these give me is very good The only thing to change on the part of the company I would say that they are some of the parcel companies with which they work since they leave a little to be desired Otherwise everything perfect

Great but with a delay Bien pero con retraso

It s a great brand but it has a delivery problem At least here in Spain you don t have a choice and SEUR being SEUR it came late It is not completely Rhinoshield s fault but in a way it is But they should have an option on the payment process to let the customers decide which company to deliver our products The case seems sturdy and it doesn t have any imprints I bought the solid suit I hope it lasts The support service was on point and helpful Es una buena marca pero con un problema de env os En Espa a al menos no puedes decidir con que compa ia enviar el producto se usa DPD o en espa a SEUR SEUR es una compa a nefasta e incompetente y no deber an dejar como nica opci n a seur obviamente lleg tarde en el env o despu s de 5 intentos No me importar a pagar un poco m s para seleccionar correos u otro servicio en condiciones Por lo dem s la funda se ve bien y resistente no tiene fallos compr el modelo solidsuit Espero que dure Lo bueno que el servicio de atenci n al cliente ha sido correcto

I bought a SolidSuit case for the iPhone 13 and it came with a defect on the volume buttons I contacted them for the garanty and they answered and offered to replace them and give me a free pair of another color in a few days Very good support management and cases for all the phones

UPDATED I got contacted right away by the customer service and got a replacement for the case and it s been more than 2 months and it s as good as new rigid and good quality Exactly what you expect from a trusted company as Rhinoshield Looked great and rigid at the beginning but after 3 months of use the case became so loose that the phone comes out of it on its own Honestly I m so so disappointed I was expecting a premium quality for the price I paid

Polite and helpful customer service

I contacted Rhinoshield about some issues I had with a recent order I had used the wrong video to install the screen protector which ended up being misaligned and badly fit it The customer service did take a little bit of time with a reply coming each morning but within a few days they had arranged a replacement screen protector to be sent to me Customer service is very polite and helpful
