A breath of fresh air
I was surprised and happy to be able to speak to an actual human on the phone quite quickly when I needed to iron out an issue with my documentation my bad as I had made an error when purchasing the policy The guy was super helpful and took me through the steps to remedy the issue Sent off the correct documentation and had a super quick reply to confirm all was well A breath of fresh air for an insurance company in my experience to actually have customer services that 1 exist and 2 are helpful Well done RIAS

Extremely Helpful Customer Service
I took out a motor insurance quote this morning but noticed afterwards that I had made an error with the start date By using the virtual chat I was connected to a staff member named Geoff who explained my options and made all the necessary changes to my policy for me with no hassle whatsoever Absolutely brilliant service that I will recommend to friends and family without hesitation
