Before joining the Accelerator Program I did a wide research to find the most suitable option to learn about investing in property in the UK What did stand out about this option - is the way the learning is structured 6 weeks of detailed - 1-3 hours duration lessons video sessions detailed and thought through downloadable materials as well as access to network of people with same growth mindset Zoom calls with Richard Norris who has a great deal of knowledge where you can ask any questions online accelerator community chats and private message options - all these for a reasonable price comparing to other providers on the market Having said that some learning materials were a bit basic for me and maybe sometimes it felt irrelevant and unnecessary long but surely there is no ideal option to fit everyone s needs and experience Overall a value for money and highly recommended

Hi guys I guess the saying goes you don t know what you don t know As a relative beginner in the property industry this course taught me a lot of the foundations that have minimised the mistakes most property investors fall foul of I think this covers everything you will need to run a successful property business The bits that I found useful were the growth and positive mindset the ability to source property at discounted prices raising finance market research and qualifying the demand The benefits of purchasing a limited company too was also something that was explained clearly In addition to all this Rich always stays in touch and is always availability on weekly chats and gives thorough and comprehensive support With all this support I started with circa 60k in my property business Now within a 2 5 year period I now have a portfolio worth 800k generating a steady amount of cash flow each month My goal is to continue to build on these foundations and go full time into property development in the next 3 years Thanks Rich for your excellent content and on going support I recommend this course to anybody and I can assure you the cost of the course will pay for itself 10 times over and some by helping you to avoid some costly mistakes

4 hours worth of calls per week

I have been on the course since January 2023 and was about to have my first deal within the first 4 months of joining Unfortunately the buyer has pulled out but Richard teaches you to keep your deal pipeline full so I am now to my next one You get wealth of knowledge and the support is great You get 4 hours worth of calls per week There is really no reason for you not making it in property if you join this course

Best decision I ve taken in a few years
