We are extremely happy with our new kitchen The quality of the units appliances and service is superb Any problems that did occur were dealt with quickly and efficiently without question We would definitely recommend Rigid Kitchens a great experience from our first visit to the showroom thanks Darren to the fitting thanks Chris

A very professional job from start to finish We had a new kitchen installed in our new extension Everyone we dealt with at Rigid showed a great deal of professionalism from Dave and John in the showroom to Lee who fitted our wonderful kitchen Indeed Dave even showed us some cost saving on some of our appliances We would not hesitate to recommend Rigid to anyone looking for a reliable kitchen design and fit service

We had a fabulous experience with Rigid Kitchen and couldn t fault any part of the process from start to finish We had quotes from three companies and Rigid came out on top for price quality installation and aftercare We are fussy and know what we want but genuinely couldn t have asked for more Nothing we requested was too much The initial design stage was fun and very hands on The choice of styles designs and prices were super and catered for every budget Delivery was easy and convenient Our kitchen fitter Spencer took so much time and care its as if he was fitting his own kitchen He was thoughtful and considerate about each and every detail Every member of the team was a pleasure to work with We would definitely recommend them to friends and family

From initial discussions to completed kitchen this company was a pleasure to deal with I changed my mind about the layout but was never made to feel a nuisance The end result has been much admired and certainly meets our requirements The installers for units electrics plumbing and tiling were polite and tidy and all did a great job Thank you

We are very happy with our Rigid Kitchen From delivery of our kitchen on the morning to the finishing touches we could not fault them We wanted to support a small local company but thought they would be too expensive but we were plenty surprised John talked me through all the different options of different appliances and prices with no nonsense A special shout out goes to Chris our fitter who was second to none He came when he said and took a great pride in his work We are very fuzzy people and we just couldn t fault him His attention to detail was first class He was a pleasure to have in our home Couldn t recommend enough Thank you Rigid kitchen we are very happy customers

Bought our kitchen back in 2018 had amazing service then and still had it now when one of the taps was leaking Rigid Kitchens were so helpful and ordered replacement parts in less than 24 hours Would definitely recommend for a great service and quality products

We are absolutely over the moon with our new kitchen ours as we thought would not be a straightforward design and fit as we live in a old cottage however John soon put us at ease nothing was a problem with their bespoke built kitchens they made individual cupboards to fit John was so patient with us nothing was too much trouble he was always happy to help and advise even when things our end were not going to plan Dave the fitter was amazing too he worked so hard even in scorching temperatures his workmanship is second to none All the team at Rigid made choosing designing and fitting our kitchen a pleasant and stress free experience Thank you to all at Rigid Kitchen
