The Tech I talked to Mark was very knowledgeable and provided some really good info We have 165 lines with Ring Central Between the individual Fax numbers Conference call Portal and the Video conference Screen Share Portal per phone line The Mobile and Desktop Apps are very nice tools to have available

Instant video chat questions resolved

I can t think of any improvements to suggest I m not that young and new to Cloud phone but the support I ve had from your team in the Philippines - particularly Angela who helped me for over three hours on the phone last Saturday getting all the hardware set up correctly - has been superb - thank you

I was having an issue with instant video chat so I gave them a call The service rep was extremely friendly and knowledgeable She actually even called me back when she found an alternative answer for one of my questions Top notch customer service

RingCentral has been a great move for our offices

I have used RingCentral for years now as a fax to email service and have never had a problem A need recently arose to use it as a number forwarding service as well for my business so I called up their support to see if I could achieve this and before I hung up the phone everything was working as desired I gave them this review following that Though the call was short I don t see any possible room for improvement here top notch support

RingCentral has been good for us

We initially discovered RingCentral while researching ways to save money on faxing because we were paying for 2 extra phone lines for our two offices just for faxes This cost hundreds of dollars and we only sent about 10-15 faxes per month With RingCentral faxes are all electronic now so we even save money not printing out SPAM faxes that we receive There are so many great features and so much versatility available with the RingCentral system We were assigned an implementation specialist who trained us on the software and helped us completely personalize the system for our business needs

I am confused by all of the negative

We have thoroughly enjoyed our Ring Central phone system We no longer have missing conversations because the connection was poor Each time I have called support they are always very courteous and helpful I would recommend RingCentral to any business

My RingCentral experience

I am confused by all of the negative reviews I have had a really excellent experience with RingCentral and I am a teeny tiny business The set up was easy My video conferences always work perfectly The people I speak to have been from an overseas call center but they are really nice and helpful I haven t tried to do anything overly complex yet but the calling texting and video features have all worked just like they are supposed to Maybe people just don t take the time to write stuff unless they are angry

After using it for a few years a part of our business we found that RingCentral is an all encompassing feature rich business personal VoIP system which takes a little getting used to but really delivers You need to have good internet and set up your routers properly Most importantly it comes with a knowledgeable courteous and available support team who are always ready and willing to help It is also being looked after by an able development team who seem to be always on the go with updates and upgrades
