We ordered 79 worth of sweets mawa peda ladoos kajoo rolls as an offering and then to distribute among friends and family They only send orders out on a Thursday and Friday so we had to order by the previous Monday 22nd April in order to receive for the following Wednesday 1st May So items are never fresh for the precise time needed Furthermore the packaging was awful They had been placed into individual boxes with room for movement so the boxes on all but one small box had been squashed and the seams on one side were split They don t seal boxes and wrap them in cling film As a result the peda got squashed and were falling out of the boxes the ladoos had broken and the Kajoo rolls had slid to one side and squashed together becoming stuck to each other and having cracked open We could not give these items to others so we contacted Royal and requested a 50 refund which we thought fair as we would salvage what we could and buy other sweets to make up for those that were too damaged I contacted Royal immediately after delivery with photos of the damaged goods However several emails later with Nishin George sales coordinator and I am still awaiting any kind of refund He also lacks any mathematical skills offering me a 50 refund of a total of 8 50 today which is clearly not 50 of 79 He also claims that because of the freshness the sweets can always be damaged during transit However if they know that why are they not packing items properly Very unprofessional Also they are responsible for the items until delivered under the Consumer Rights Act so they shouldn t try to avoid liability by blaming the courier This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Royal and both times they have got things very wrong Once Is a mistake twice is just bad service Don t bother ordering Go to Ambala instead - better sweets well packaged and timely delivery to your preference

Jelabi was well within date but tastes stale and not very nice Certainly not crispy as stated They do not respond to customer complaints at all

purchased Royal Pista Kheer and found bits of plastic in it Reported it to the retailer and then Royal Sweets Still waiting to hear from Royal Sweets Will not be purchasing any more Royal products as there appears to be no quality control in their manufacturing process Anyone else have the same experience

Awful packaging I ve bought 2 boxes of their risottos both of the packaging broke It never happened before with any other type of food packaging Food is average at best

I ordered 1kg 12 pieces gift box of sweets Order arrived quicker than expected Good updates about delivery The gift box arrived well packed All the sweets have a nice taste I particularly liked the Anjeer Barfi Badami Halwa Gajar Halwa and Pista Barfi

I placed quite a large order on Saturday the 1st of June My order was dispatched on Wednesday the 5th of June which I was expecting as the website clearly stated that orders would arrive on Thursdays Fridays My order arrived 11 56 on Thursday the 6th of June via DPD I received regular updates My items were well wrapped and the individual sweets were in boxes wrapped in cling wrap to keep them fresh and sealed and some also had a plastic tray inside the box to keep them separated The separate individual boxes of items were also in a bigger box to protect them all The only thing I would say is that a few of the Ladoos had become squashed only because they are round and therefore slightly higher than the boxes they were packed in as opposed to the Barfis Halwas which fitted perfectly The items were all fresh and exactly what I was expecting I would recommend and would order from again

My order was delivered on time in super condition The recipient is delighted with the sweets
