Paid for goods that never arrived
I ordered a coat for my daughter on 18th December from Rera the website says delivery will be 6 to 12 working days Two months later no sign of the coat Their replies to my emails just say it s been shipped with no explanation for the delay I asked a refund but they said they could only refund goods that had arrived and not wanted so am stuck with no coat and 72 worse off
