Rude workers and store manager

Went to rue today was not even greeted Store manager and another employee ran to the back when they say myself and my daughter Very rude the whole time we were in there The cashier at the front seem like she did not want to be there

Sold out items and wrong items sent

I ordered my items and without notifying me an item was cancelled they charged me for the full order Once my order was received they sent me 4 items one of which was not on the order confirmation slip and was not one I had purchased I called to get my refund for the cancelled item and to get a refund for the wrong item sent I explained I had only received 3 out of 5 items and had an additional not ordered item They issued credit for the cancelled item but escalated the issue with the wrong item being sent Refused to issue credit until I return the wrong item I escalated to a supervisor which took forever to answer the phone and they agreed to a return credit for the wrong item immediately I will never order from this merchant again It is too much of a headache

This company basically stole my money

This company basically stole my money They will not refund my money because UPS lost my package It s ridiculous to not hold UPS accountable for the lost merchandise Instead I spent money for absolutely nothing

Poor Customer Service

I visited Rue 21 in Harahan La while I was in New Orleans and the staff in that store is not the most helpful individuals they were more engaged in what they had going on than the customers in the store I ll stick to online shopping Thanks but No thanks

Didn t ship items and refused to send them or give a refund

I used to absolutely love Rue 21 and used to shop at their store at my local mall often I had ordered a couple items during one of their sales and I had realized they didn t ship my bralette or my eyelash curler that I had paid for I had emailed their support and didn t get a response until 2-3 weeks later and they told me that the weight is what it was supposed to be and that I would not get a refund for the items and they wouldn t send the items I m very disappointed in this company especially because I used to love buy from their stores but after this I will not be buying from them again You d be better off shopping at Mandee They have similar clothes and actually ship your items

Scammed

They talked me in circles and never fixed the problem I was having with my Rue21 gift card it kept saying inactive and wouldn t let me use it on their website To this day they won t let me use the card despite claiming that gift cards never expire and me even having the receipt for the card

My daughter ordered something s off line here with rue 21 They sent the packages 3 different ways no one knows where the package are Call today for a refund they claim I have to wait for my money back until Saturday Funny when she ordered it u took the money the same day I m warning those who try to use there online service it s a joke don t do it now I have to dispute this with my card

I will never order online The charge me for items in my shopping cart and sent an email afterwards showing nothing was in stock I ordered twice within a week and it did it on both orders So basically I had like six items for one order and only a pair of f n underwear coming They could have kept that bullcrap Then it will say my order arrive one day and turn around and say another day
