I was an apple fan until I have decided to try Samsung smart phones smart watch smart tags etc Loved all of the mentioned products never had any issue with it at all It is very sufficient affordable and they give freebies instead of paying for only the product that you want Their customer service is excellent educated and friendly Their shipping is great the carrier never hands products without an official ID showcased with a signature disregard the price Try samsung and check it your self Don t depend on online reviews Good luck to all

Wonderful S20 ultra I am so pleased with this product I just replaced s9 and think the world of this ultra It is the best phone on the planet I will still be getting the Fold cuz i love the concept of that phone too I want something like they have on the HBO show West world So the Fold is something that i find to be the closet thing There is a possibility that this ultra changes my mind cuz it is so awesome

Belgium One of our samsung phones failed could not start-up any more it was about 6 months old We only had standard waranty - On Sunday I entered the details on the samsung website - Monday there was a pick up service at our door to collect the defect phone - On Wednesday a delivery service brought back the repaired phone Free of charge What can one expect more

Their galaxy buds are the top of the top when it comes to wireless ear buds I have tried others and these are the best by far amazing sound and very comfy stays in your ears and you can customize the sound ect EDIT Just got the new galaxy buds2 impressed with them again VERY comfortable and good sound battery life is good in the case but not the best for the buds good for the price

Samsung is fragmented in terms of locations and local services I wanted to return a tab s7 in Germany which was difficult at first I did take all the necessary steps but didn t get anywhere However even though it was seemingly not doable someone reached out and apologized with an actual reason not the usual automated stuff This made it so much more human and understandable as to why this happened the power of why Long story short that person took care of it and all was done for me Although it took more effort than it should do it was all good in the end

Perfect I always but Samsung We bought a side by side fridge freezer and it had a few dents in the door wasn t bought from Samsung website but I told them by email as I m English and don t speak Spanish yet withing the next day a lovely lady called Maria Valencia team contacted me a few emails later I ve been booked in A few days later a technician called Alfonso arrived renewed the parts and was gone A real gentleman truly best service start to finish and were very grateful
