Don t go near this company their cheap for a reason Their goods are extremely poor quality and if you have to return them they ask you to send them back directly to China I m currently trying to return items and receive a credit which they are legally obligated to provide but they stonewall at every turn I would nt even give them a one star if I could You cant say you weren t warned if you read this review

Absolute scam do not touch them goods are totally inferior when you ask to return the the goods your are advised they need to be sent back to China which is at your cost and they will never arrive looking at other reviews Trading standards should close them down I complained to Facebook but they refused to close them down advert down

Desperate
I have had to allow one star to be able to download a reviewThis company owes me 109 I returned 4 garments made of very poor material to CHINA COSTING ME 15 this was over 2 months ago I desperately need this money for Christmas shopping The company have now told me to contact the post office or customs to find out why my parcel is not clearing customs in China My post office informs me once I have posted the parcel Sara London are responsible I have now given the company a deadline in returning my 109 if this doesn t happen solicitors shall be involved

1 is generous Don t buy Arrived after the event I d ordered for Paid 21 55 to send back to China They didn t collect from the post office there so it was sent back to me They say it s my responsibility to ensure it arrives with them Bit hard to do that from the UK Out of pocket by over 100 On their website they say 4 7 on Trustpilot

AVOID AT ALL COST Rubbish quality costly returns they try every trick in the book to avoid refunding you Currently trying charge back via credit card company but return which cost me showing as awaiting customs clearance for over two months

Absolutely terrible They don t tell you you have to pay to send returns back to China until AFTER you have bought the items I ended up sending them about 50 emails and they just totally refused to acknowledge what I was saying They blocked me from leaving reviews on Facebook where many unsuspecting customers are buying their products The quality is also very very poor Please do not get caught out

Scam and Digusting
I can t believe I was fooled by their words and advertising Orthopedic I don t think so When I opened the package I was overcome with the disgusting smell of the worst kind of plastic I agree with all the comments that have been made
