I ve read some good reviews about SaunaInter so I ordered wooden panels for my sauna I m glad I ordered from here Delivery was well organized and timely 8 days delivery good quality product The overall service is excellent I now suggest it to all my friends

Excellent prices and a selection of so many items online Added to this Nick was most attentive in answering several questions and ensuring the kit I ordered was all compatible The order did take longer to arrive in the UK but this could have been due to the Christmas period

Outstanding customer service

I purchased a sauna stove from Saunainter and I was very pleased with its performance However the timer switch and a heating element both failed prematurely I contacted Max Gibson a Saunainter representative and he quickly sent out replacement parts free of charge saving me around 150 Thanks for the great customer service Saunainter

Could not be better

I have bought twice from this site initially a wood burner and then a number of accessories Both deliveries arrived on time in the UK with everything in perfect condition Status on the delivery was also very good I would highly recommend them

Cheaper than anywhere in the UK - a great find

I didn t realise the company was based in Estonia no that this matters The service is excellent bought wood for cladding benches mouldings and accessories all arrived in perfect order very little wasting due to knotting very clear wood the Thermo Aspen in particular is lovely and makes a fantastic contrast to natural Aspen The sauna stone is a bargain lighting is excellent quality Harvia can t make any criticism against this company Couldn t find cedar in the UK for less than price of the Aspen delivered inc VAT I bought a glass sauna door from a supplier in the UK - disappointed in build quality - I wish I had found this site first Arghhh You I don t build a sauna every day but this will be my first port of call for anything sauna related Great products
