Completely useless
Every time I have spoken to this company I am astounded at the absolute lack of competence they have They either don t call you when they say they will don t answer your questions and send a blanket answer or don t respond at all The move from our payroll team in our trust to this shambles company is an absolute joke

Shall I compare thee to a summers day No because they are more like herpes A parasitic company that lives in the nerves of those it s meant to help Each time you think you have spoken to someone and it might get better It reoccurrs somewhere else and with a renewed vigour No matter how many times you scratch that itch or message their staff nothing happens Take your money refuse to explain why and never seem to give it back Shocking company Why does the nhs use them to pay their staff or not pay their staff as the evidence here suggest

If ZERO STARS were an option then that is what I would give Horrendous customer service useless at their jobs - their job is to pay people and they do this late and wrong over and over again I imagine staff who work directly for SBS do not get incorrect pay or poor service but us front like NHS workers mean zilch to them I have been waiting for my maternity pay breakdown for 5 weeks and I am now on maternity leave with NO idea what pay to expect Their website states you will receive your maternity breakdown NO LATER THAN 4 WEEKS BEFORE COMMENCING LEAVE - ha Absolute shambles of a company they should be ASHAMED How can the NHS be relying on these people

Getting paid for invoices is like getting blood out of a stone Had to wait three months for one payment still waiting on another payment it s now been 5 weeks Stupid system I am so close to ending doing work for the nhs because of this ridiculous payment system What a joke I don t even want to give one star

Only 1 star as zero is not an option
Only 1 star as zero is not an option Wrong pay caused large tax bill Unable to contact and backlog at HMRC means I have debt collectors calling time for a tax bill myself and accountant knows to be wrong Incompetent on another level

NHS SBS PAYROLL
I have tried to make a second formal complaint after the first was not acknowledged but the e mail will not send A thorough lack of communication internally I ve been trying to obtain an Early Year Update for 4 months after I was overpaid I have now resorted to contacting HMRC and suggested that they would do well to examine NHS SBS payroll because I think this constitutes fraudulent activity or inactivity depending on how you look at it Totally inept and not fit for purpose

I raised a query about pension
I raised a query about pension contribution Took well over their SLA time to respond Didn t actually email me to tell me the resolution but I did get an email telling me my query had been closed and could I give them feedback which doesn t allow space to actually tell them why the rating is so low No apology given as to delay Have also increased my pension contribution from 1st July without telling me therefore my pay will be lower There are many good things about the NHS and this is not one of them

Painful to deal with
It is impossible to deal with this company to get invoices paid Kept on hold for over an hour and still don t get anywhere and they never respond to emails Suppliers constantly hold us to ransom over extremely overdue invoices which are in their hands Not ideal when you work for NHS maintenance which relies on constant supply to be put on hold all the time while waiting for SBS to catch up on backlog

Draw down pension requested 11 weeks ago called today to inquire and nothing has been processed so at optimistic best will receive monies owed in 6 weeks having reduced hours in anticipation Appalling organisation who historically mess up staff pay Had assumed they might be more careful with pension funds Totally incompetent and another Tory government success story Will be contacting local MP to ask for answers as it seems SBS are disinterested Shocking
