Sheels was and is GREAT

I have ordered items from Sheels com about half a dozen times over the past couple years and have always had an excellent experience However my last order was split between several deliveries because the items were coming from 3 different locations The first two came through without issue but the third got lost in the FedEx system much to my surprise After being in transit for 11 days FedEx conceded that they had obviously lost the package and suggested I contact Sheels for another delivery or refund Sheels customer service handled the situation with utmost professionalism and they quickly issued me a refund Sheels stands for superior quality reasonable prices and excellent customer follow through I would happily recommend them to anyone

I am so impressed with Scheels This was my first time ordering online and I couldn t be happier It was easy and my package arrived the very next day which I did not expect Additionally my item was 35 00 less than I found it in a store close to my house Bonus - it was on sale so I ended up saving 95 00 from what I would have paid in another store Plus it saved me time I will be ordering online from them again and recommending them to friends

Treadmill return

Wife and I moving into a senior living facility and could not keep the treadmill Scheels were kind enough to accept return of the treadmill and give us a credit on it s value

I m not sure if the guy s name but he was first at a register and got my order for me Then he helped me at customer service while I was exchanging for a different size and was very nice accommodating

Scheels got it right

I originally ordered these shoes from Amazon but they delivered the wrong product and didn t bother to seal the package Scheels got it right the first time and delivery was not only free it was as fast as Amazon and much better packaged Thanks Scheels
