This product does not use AI This product sources from all publicly available information and serves mostly to get outdated information about small to midsize companies It is a web and database scraping tool using a simple script It also attaches a chrome extension to your browser to scrape your information someone wrote a scrip that scrapes the web The marketing folks here decided to use the word AI which is not true Then they hire salespeople that get youon and off the phone in 30 minutes with high pressure transactional sales You then sing an agreement that locks you in for a year with a 60 day notice out close or you get automatically renewed No reputable enterprise organization uses this tool It is a marketing gimmick that is making young kids rich and its executive team They pay so little to run the script that they can afford to pay out huge commissions to any kid that is aggressive enough to sell seats to this garbage Be warned This product does not deploy or use AI and it is a scam

Awful Data Claim to compete with Lusha and ZoomInfo - Doesn t even come close The data Seamless provides is awful Guessed random email addresses dead numbers Publicly available contact numbers Using their data will destroy your company s reputation If you connect to your CRM they will scrape all of your confidential company information from your CRM and put it on their Database to sell Read the terms Review collected by and hosted on G2 com What problems are you solving with the product What benefits have you realized No business problems have been sovled

Horrible I am being continuously harrassed I cancelled many months ago and yet their system is still trying to run my card I have written many times to their accounts section but it falls on deaf ears This company will soon be out of business STAY AWAY Also read the fine print You have to give them 60 days notice to cancel They also don t send you reminders because their purpose is to covertly try and trick you on their terms of service

Truly one of the worst prospecting platform myself and my company have ever used IT Tech support NEVER supports to finds solutions other than clearing your cache 1M times because that will always solve the problem Since the end of 2022 and all of 2023 the system is constantly doing updates NO one at the company listens they just want to provide you more credits for your account with an account that doesn t function because their platform or software is god awful You pay upfront so the likelihood of getting your money back is slim to none Use another tool

Absolute scam They sent me a renewal notice and I sent them two emails saying I don t want to renew They billed me 1 800 anyway saying I needed to give them 60 DAYS notice No legit SaaS business needs 60 days notice unless you re just trying to catch people off guard and continue to collect money Complete scam

The opener Zack- convinced me to take a demo with a promise of every car dealer in USA and manager contact numbers 1 min into the zoom demo the presenter let me know that i had to import my contacts they don t provide I explained why I m now angry and he click killed the zoom Terrible experience from opener s lie to presenter s handling of an aggrevated prospect

A decent data scraping service with a slippery lawyerly sleazy gotcha business model This was a useful service that I attempted to cancel once I realized that I did not use it all that much I received a call from someone purporting to help me with it I told that person that I no longer wanted the product and he told me that I had missed the 60-day notice cancelation period spelled out deep in the fine print of the loong contract It didn t matter that I had made repeated attempts to cancel my subscription via email and phone calls before I had not submitted an official authorized cancellation in the official authorized manner and so they were determined to charge me an additional 2 600 for another year of a service that I did not want And try they did over and over until finally they hit my card on file just before my mortgage was due I do not treat people and I do not treat my customers in this way If someone no longer wants my services and they tell me so repeatedly I respect their wish It seems that this slippery lawyerly sleazy gotcha tactic is their business model If you need contact info data scraping services I recommend you try one of their many fine competitors who hopefully do not rely on a sleazy cancellation policy to get customers to come back for a second and final year ZoomInfo Sales OSApollo ioUpleadLead411SalesIntelClearbit6Sense Revenue AI for SalesLinkedin NavigatorLushaLeadIQ

They gave me an amazing sales pitch convincing me that their service would transform my business and that they were giving me an unbelievable price They were not transparent about the fact that I would be locked into an annual contract and would not be able to cancel They ve drained hundreds form my bank account and added no value to my business

I didn t get any sales out of the contacts I got out of seamless I used the contacts for cold email campaigns and got 0 ROI Review collected by and hosted on G2 com I got no help from customer success They ultimately told me they would disable autorenewal on my account and then didn t Now the customer success team is going to send me to collections instead of addressing this
