UNSAFE BLACK TAXI HIRE

The black taxi hire is a disgrace They are anonymous drivers which isn t safe for the customer From personal and experience of others I know some drivers offer drugs at night make a pass at female passengers who feel unsafe some abusive and aggressive I know 3 young men who had money and property stolen and they were thrown out of the taxi The CCTV isn t clear at night the driver and reg number are not visible so police can t take action It s actually dangerous to use these at night and there should be protection in place for passengers It isn t too much to ask to be taken home safely is it

Should be no stars absolutely appalling service by Registry staff simple request of copy of birth certificate clearly staff inept at their work do not adhere to their stipulated timescales Inability to even to speak to any member of staff no one takes phone calls they should be held to account and management take responsibility for their diabolical work ethic and customer service Moral of the story is when paying for a copy do NOT expect it to be delivered within their stipulated time frame Yet another SCC service which works to the beat of their own drum

Sheffield city council refused to fix disrepairs in my vulnerable mothers home who has dementia and bowel cancer she s been living with me since November as its too dangerous to stay there We ve had to get solicitors because all these people do is lie ignore and cover the lies No point going to MPs or police as they re all part of the same useless corrupt ignorant vile group

Impossible to deal with

As I write this I ve been queuing on the phone for an hour and a half trying to sort out council tax We emailed the council over 2 weeks ago explaining the fact that one of us was a student and we need the single persons discount They ignored the email and sent out the council tax as it stood I set up a standing order direct debit to pay it anyway in the hope it would get resolved anyway and payments down the line would be amended Nothing has been taken via direct debit or standing order and we ve had no response to any enquiries Beyond useless whoever is organising things there needs firing I saw another review from two years ago saying waiting times were awful but they had been told more staff were being trained This must have been a lie because waiting times seem to be even worse now Maybe they can t retain staff because of the rubbish working conditions Either way someone needs replacing with some competent higher up the chain because it s beyond terrible I m not blaming the phone staff for this issue I ve moved several times to different towns and cities and no where has the council been a bigger joke than this one We just want to pay our council tax

Parking fine

Quick to hand out fines Parked on London Road at 5pm with my disabled grandad who wasnt feeling well to get him some water He s diabetic and registered disabled had blue badge on display parked in a bay was gone 5 mins and hit with a 70 quid fine for parking in a loading bay Even though it wasn t marked as one Only had a bay outline wasn t marked with the words no loading My advice avoid sheffield it s a been destroyed by govt greed Council just looking to milk people dry If your working you ll be paying 2k a month in council tax to get your bins taken once every 6 weeks and the roads are filled with potholes Council are as much use as chocolate teapot
