Ordered two weeks ago never received my order Emailed customer service and received an automated response Waste of time money spent

If I could give them zero stars I would no returns or exchange As soon as I received the the LED face mask i emailed costumer service for a refund or exchange It is so cheaply made I can t believe they charged 190 for it will never be purchasing anything from them again total scam

BE CAREFUL I made an honest error ordering and mistakenly duplicated the purchase Notified them immediately to cancel but no cancellations after ordered Honest mistake Terrible TERRIBLE customer service or lack there of No stuck with an expensive duplicate mask Beware They sell through 3rd party companies this is a shell of a company

Only rating 1 because I couldn t put 0 Do not order from the website If you like a brand item I would recommend typing in the brand name in google and purchasing directly from the brands site I so wish I had done that You ll thank me later Items took forever to get to me tracking information never updated and one product from Mary Louise still hasn t been sent to my home nor has an tracking info updated in a month and a half Contacted their help email and my email has not been responded to Followed up on that email a week later still nothing I wish there was a number I could call so leaving a review to help the next person is the best I could do Good luck

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY Ordered a composter and received no updates a month ago There is no phone number so emails are answered few and far between I paid over 455 00 and now have a claim with BBB and the NY State Attorney Generals office Have received no updates and I m sure I won t get any Horrible grifting company

Terrible customer service or rather ZERO customer service No one responds to the customer service emails I ordered something on the 3rd of february and still my order hasn t shipped it s now the 10th of february I will never order anything on Poosh ever again I am now trying to cancel my order and get a refund and no one has responded to that email either I work in customer service and it is appalling how unreliable and unresponsive this company is

This Poosh website is absolutely horrible They take your right away it takes long to receive and then there is no cancellation or return policy My item was defective not working and they still have no kind of policy to return it Never heard of a company that all sales are final on everything Loved kourtney up till now and wish nothing but the worst for this business Very unprofessional Keep up with scamming ppl show should be called KUWSP Sad
