After our LOT flight was cancelled we decided to try out SINBAD Worst mistake we could have made 72 people crammed into an old coach with NO seatbelts No refreshments available Told that the coach will stop every 4 hours No this was not true After leaving Swindon at 11 30 our first stop at 15 30 was Victoria Coach Station only to change coaches No time to take a breather We then drove to Felixstowe for the Eurotunnel and then through France Our first stop was at 2 15 am for 8 minutes and then at 5 30 am for 11 minutes The coach was packed and to make it worse this was the hottest day in the UK and the coach had NO air-conditioning Worst mistake we could have made Never again will my foot enter a SINBAD coach The driver driving on the stretch through France on 3 August was excessively tired As I occupied the middle back row seat could see the coach drive recklessly Probably overtired DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Sindbad pl Drivers spoke only Polish and were very angry if i asked them if they also could speak english or German in the bus The answer i got was you are now in Poland and here we speak only Polish What for idiot people are working in these busses The transfer to another bus in Slubice was terrible The first bus stopped there people went out of the bus and i went quickly to the toilet at the gasstation When i came back the bus was gone and no luggage Finally i saw the bus at a distance I went there and asked the driver for my luggage He SHOUTED to me in Polish to go to another direction to busstop nr 3 Finally i found busstop nr 3 After an hour the bus came with the luggage Another bus came with destination Amsterdam after 1 hour and the bus went to the highway i thought Because 30 seconds later the bus stopped and half hour later the bus finally went to the highway in totally 1 5 hours delay The trip from slupsk Poland to amsterdam should be 18 hours It were finally 20 hours in a hot bus with 30 degrees If you like SM then you go with Sindbad For me NEVER AGAIN with Sindbad pl

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever Never in my whole live I experienced such a terrible service and treatment Rude disrespectful inappropriate inadequate bus driver and carrier They came 1 5 hours late They didn t help with luggage despite it is stated that they will The bus driver and the carrier SHOUTED at me at my family and other passengers for nothing They were mocking my mom because she doesn t speak Polish I speak 5 languages it didn t help with these people I was traveling around the word and language was never a barrier we could always find a solution with laughter and mutual respect Not in this case It seems to me that the crew want to feel themselves superior and in power and they treat passengers as censored by trustpilot cause it s probably the only way they know And this is not ok Today I found out that my old and sick mom had to carry heavy big luggage despite it is STATED when you buy a ticket that luggage will be moved All the way passengers were stressed and worried instead of enjoying the trip and rest Never ever will I or people I know choose this company But there was one good thing - the phone customer service - very helpful and sweet ladies

HORROR

First of all I had 5 different drivers during the trip and eventually and with a lot of luck I found someone who spoke English So be aware that if you don t speak Polish you re pretty much screwed Secondly the bus driver SMOKE A CIGARETTE WHILE DRIVING I already noticed that Polish people smoke excessively but come on have some decency and stay professional Thirdly the toilet was FULL OF URINE with no way to flush Now imagine a 13 hour ride with literally just one toilet break in Germany and not going then because you weren t aware that the toilet in the bus can t be used I understand some Polish but I haven t heard an announcement saying anything about the toilet Lastly I have a handicap Meaning I travel with crutches The bus driver was incredibly unfriendly and insensitive to my situation He wouldn t help me with anything and even though I was sitting in the front he wouldn t even consider letting me out there or help in any way Just had to somehow crawl down myself in the back This is my first and also last trip with sindbad Couldn t think of a worse way to travel

Horrible and not truthful information on website

I bought the ticket for my 70 y o parents The bus description was the bus have the toilet tea coffee wifi charging point XXL chairs It was a lie When the bus came there wasnt tea or cofee XXL chairs there wasn t the toilet The description on website wasn t correct More to that they has to change the bus But on website it was direct bus Unbelievable My parents has to suffer all the 17 hour trip The poor stage of buss caused trip prolonging by 3 hours I want money back for such a poor service and not truthful information

The staff is so racist

The staff is so racist I ask something she said to me go sit on ur seat with out answering my question uncomfortable and unfriendly staff smells really bad 1 passenger was AFRICAN the bus staff call the police to control the AFRICAN guy was traveling with proper Documents We are all human I really hope company will change these kind a staff Really disappointed

I would give no stats if I could Rude drivers They let drunk passanger on the bus although all passangers complained about it Drivers and stewardess seen him talking some nonsense in Ukrainian and German language same words again and again He stunk with alcohol and was unhygienic They refused to get him off the bus People were scared When one passanger complained about him driver said they he is ok and what can he do although Sindbad policy says no drunk passangers allowed Drunk gentleman took two seats and put his legs next to other passanger on the third seat He bothered passangers in front of him and on seats next to him talking same things in Ukrainian and few German words making nosisz et Once he forgot to put pants back up when came out from toilet and nearly touched me with his ass Some passangers including myself that Sat Close to him didnt sleep all night cause of him Drivers were arogant and took his side Unbeliveable We had three changes travelling from Poland to UK - it was all good regarding timewise till change in Dortmund Germany After that drivers were stopping bus for a 15-20 min pause every hour People eventually started asking questions why and that they want to get home on time We should have been in London at 1830 There were no queues roads were clear but they decided to slow journey down and take ferry from Calais to Dover sometimes they take Eurotunel We got to London at 21 30 We missed all four trains from London to our home town so we had to take bus at midnight and got home 4 30 in the morning This company is a joke Never again

You should definitely not use it this

You should definitely not use it this way they are very indifferent and the arrival time is much later than they say The bus is not comfortable
