The same thing happened in NZ Took 406 said 16 95 nzd and forgot to mention per week which most websites clearly state I emailed within 1 hour of upgrading when I saw my email for debit of 406 and requested deletion of profile and refund They have not registered in NZ and have not given me an NZ tax payment receipt I can not delete myself from this site and now need to email a signed letter Not liking my chances after reading some of these reviews globally The website seems predatory based on fake profiles and a scamming website for sure I created another without a photo and in under 24 hours got 11 emails from them probably from a BOT I have emailed them and got a standard reply Anyone with similar experience please email netsafe and log it in As you can see from the response They are talking about cancellation and not a refund nor accepting the fact that they mislead people

This dating site is a complete and utter rip off - you sign for one month and before you know it and without asking your permission they are charging another month and so it continues and there is nowhere on their website that you can contact them - I then cancelled with my bank and changed my card altogether because that is the only way that I could stop the monthly payments I have send them an email to request cancellation and they didn t replied yet My advice STAY AWAY FOR THIS DATING SITE

One of the worst dating site I have ever visited The site is full of scammers looking to milk money out of customers out of their terms and conditions I had an account with them which I tried to cancel through their email customer support Portal Surprisingly I haven t received any reply or responds for the same Finally I had to cancel my bank details and card just for the sake of these clowns to not to loot me Now I have received a threatening Email by asking me to pay 60 euro for their premium membership due I haven t opted premium membership from them rather I had a membership which cost me 19 90 euro stay away from these cheaters

Wish I could give it 0 Scammers are on this site and they scam you with uncles payment terms They don t allow you to stop automatic renewal They make cancellation difficult When I cancelled on the site it said you need 2 weeks to cancel and I was within that time Then I get a message saying it s been renewed to August because they need 4 weeks I cancelled my card They even try to threaten you with debt collectors Be wary of this site

This site is a total scam If you want to cancel your subscription you have to write to customer service It can take 1 month or more to get an answer saying that you need to fill out a form and send a letter or fax to them stating you want to end your premium subscription After that you will be able to cancel your subscription They are scammers and need to be reported
