Received Open Packages and Damaged Items
I ordered skirts from this company, but the parcels were left outside my house with the packaging already opened and several items damaged. I requested replacements, and they assured me they would send them, but nothing ever arrived. I contacted them multiple times for updates, and they kept saying the replacements were on the way, but even after several weeks, I received nothing. Recieved damaged and open packages
I have ordered skirts with this company The parcels arrived thrown on front of my house with packaging opened and several damaged planks I asked for replacement of the damaged items which they said they would do but never arrived Multiple times I called again requesting for update in the replacement and always answering the planks where coming even after weeks they never did Avoid them never seen such a bad customer support and so many lies They never answered one single email from me I understand now why rating websites are useful Do not order with them you will be disappointed such a waist of time and energy
