We bought a skoda octavia new in jan 2010 Our first brand new car She is 11 years old in january and she has done over a 120 000 Shes been filled with house renovation stuff towed a caravan for 11 years and she still works fantastically Octavia has never once let us down its economical and safe for our grandsons as has 5 seatbelts We cannot praise the car enough and we still have a service plan with skoda who sort everything for us when the service and MOT are due We will be needing another car at some point but no guesses for where and what we will be buying again I am from a family who state when something is very wrong and when something is so right We dont want to put her in part exchange as shes so reliable So a very big thank you for a very reliable and plenty of room in the back car

The curtesy vehicle was clean valeted and waiting and ready as they had promised The car version 2022 Fabia model had automatic gears not my more familiar manual drive I recieved positive encouragements from Lucy to consider the automatic I was also offered other driver car options if preferred for safety with reassurances to call customer support if any queries I was pleased to have this 1-1 customer contact information with Skoda staff when after leaving I shortly came into a situation I rang skoda Manchester explaining the issue and was promptly redirected Lucy was at hand as had been promised She gave the required instructions with clear understanding and I was soon back on the move Lucy was responsive on point to the technical issue calm and efficient in her communicated instruction The customer care recieved from Lucy and Skoda Manchester to this situation was much appreciated and highly valued
