Over paying during the pandemic
I am wondering if Sky have furloughed so many workers they cannot give the service we are paying for They have changed Sky Q screen formatting so that it is useless on the smaller TVs in the bedrooms as the text is too small to read We do not all have cinema style screens It also takes longer to select from recordings due to silly repetitious selections being needed and this is the same for deletions I changed my mobile to Sky too and have had trouble getting them to enable data No help from Sky though as they are only serving certain people - but they are charging us all I am 69 10 months so do not quite qualify Can hardly leave them for TV - no virgin and limited Freeview in this area
