Been with Sky for over 21 years

Been with Sky for over 21 years came to renew At first they offered me a lot higher price and told them I didn t want to renew Someone then rang me back with a cheaper price than what I was originally paying included Netflix I couldn t say no Just hopefully they can get better broadband speeds in my area

Another Great Experience

My contract ended in March 2024 and my bill doubled from 33 to 66 So I phoned yesterday twice and got 2 different offers reducing my bill by 10 and another 18 month contract One also offered Sky Glass TV for 66 which I pondered over Today I got a Sky Rep in UK Sonny who was brilliant from get go He offered me a basic Sky contract which was ideal for my family need Done and dusted in 10 minutes On and Off we have been with Sky for 14 years and it has been good

I ve just read lots of very negative reviews for Sky I can t believe it s the same company Today I finally upgraded to SkyQ with Netflix and I m very happy with this new box Even though the main reason was to reduce our monthly payment Contacting sky is pretty quick about 15 minutes then sorting out a deal was easy and delivery in 3 working days They cancelled for the following day so we go 25 and that covered the new box price With the overall savings and extras we are very happy and Lee the Sky guy was very pleasant and knowledgeable I am a very happy customer and have no connection to Sky apart from being a happy customer

I had trouble with my sky box KA24 5BB

I had trouble with my sky box and the engineer came out on the 29 3 2022 to KA24 5BB millpark the engineer was named Derek and he was exceptional as he made sure he was wearing a mask and gloves as I told him I was vulnerable and had cancer He sanitised everything he touched This was excellent as most people seem to think covid is over and they do not have to bother I cannot praise him enough

Never had a problem Because I m hard of hearing a dedicated phone line helps Sky encourages you to haggle You always get a deal Never had a problem Best customer service I ve seen If your nice They re nice

GIID SUNDAY SERVICE

I phoned late on Sunday evening aafter being unable to resolve my problem using the on line help tools I phoned as although I thought the problem was the remote control rather than the sky Q box I didnt want to buy a new remote if it was an engineer I needed The wait time was short and within the time frame quoted at the start of the call I spoke to a pleasant advisor who may well have liked to be watching the football who checked a few things before confirming it was indeed the remote control and ordered one for me and told me how I could use the Q box in the interim All worked d out cheaper than me not contacting Sky and buying a new remote good news I can now watch Tv until the new remote arrives

Faulty sky box

Rang up as we had a problem trying to watch recordings on Sky A man called Derek talked me through a number of tasks and was very patient and precise in how he dealt with the problem As it turned out we did need a new Sky box which was promptly ordered What a lovely helpful man

Prompt and Efficient Service

Have been a Sky customer for 22 years and have never had reason to complain about their service Recently had several issues with our Sky Q box and we are pleased to state that as usual there was a prompt response from Sky Hannah the engineer was courteous friendly and knowledgeable She quickly sorted the issue and ensured that all the other mini boxes were reconnected and functioning Thanks to Hannah and Sky for efficient service On another matter my husband and I would really like to see improvements to Sky Glass As we had it but had to have it removed since it was limited in what was available to watch It did not offer the facility for being able to see local news channels possibly that has been corrected Overall my husband and I are pleased about Sky s service Thank you

Well what can I say had a massive problem signing into my account but got given a number by someone in sky told me to call them and they would sort the problem out ok took quite a few phone calls they called me back but extremely helpful so I can t remember your names but thank you Scotland you are the best One thing I would say to anyone calling these guys in Scotland is be POLITE everyone is human they will do what they can might take a bit of working out but it will get sorted hope this review gets read by someone on that team thanks again

Excellent service

I have been with sky for many years and never had any big issues that can t be sorted out I found my most recent contact with them to be excellent They were extremely supportive and helpful following a bereavement very sympathetic Many thanks especially to Marwa on customer services They even sent a hamper gift with sympathy something that they didn t need to do and a very welcome surprise in difficult times
