Had left a previous none too complimentary review after having trouble getting an engineer out was without a TV for a few days However after a phone call to the complaints dept a lovely girl sorted everything out for me this morning I received a little lovely flower arrangement a box an afternoon tea collection It was a lovely gesture on behalf of Sky So all in all a happy ending a satisfied customer once more

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICES from Richard at Sky Customer Support Team This review is from two weeks ago to commend an advisor for his professionalism and knowledge Richard was very polite helpful and clear in his explanation of details He helped to review and add any discounts and then repeated all information thoroughly In fact if the changes were made online I am sure the cost would be more Anyway thanks Richard Great job

Resolved query and reduced subscription

Spoke with Sarah who was friendly and helpful She resolved my billing query and arranged for a review of my subscription where I now pay less and receive more channels could not ask for a better service from Sky

Funny Woman

Every few years a tv programme comes along that rises above the rest Funny Woman is such a show The cast writing and production are outstanding We binged the first series but decided to select 9 o clock on Saturday evening to watch each show as it s now our favourite show on TV Thanks Sky for a once in a generation masterpiece

Just give them a call

As we are aware there is a tv mobile and broadband war at the moment I have been with sky tv and broadband for four years On my app I noticed the bill increases were not financial viable After a five minute call to the help centre I now have my sky glass with sky cinema paramount discovery and netflix Broadband superfast and a new sky mobile as my EE contract was up for 100 The service I get from all three is brilliant and would recommend giving them a call if you feel it s getting a bit pricy The lady DIVIANA was absolutely amazing

I m a ex sky salesman I worked when as a retail agent making 5 grand a month was the normal until the commission structure changed Just been on to the phone with customer services I always wanted to date a Scottish woman lol The beautiful and polite woman named Carol was an absolute pleasure to speak to professional understanding most important that lovely Scottish accent She told me she has been working with sky for 20 years After 20 years she still has the enthusiasm and professionalism to ensure that she made another customer happy Thanks once again Carol u are a star lovely x
