I have been with sky for 11 years and

I have been with sky for 11 years and always had excellent service - i just called to get broadband which i cant in my area but at the same time they reviewed my accound and saved me over 8 per month whilst upgrading my contract - personally I am very impressed with thier service

Just called sky with a problem and to be honest did not think I would get anywhere I can t believe the result I spoke to two lovely people one a gentleman who was very helpful and got me through to the correct department I then spoke to a lovely Scottish lady who helped me I have been so worried about my situation and what I could do She was great and I now feel stress free and don t feel worried anymore Thank you so much

Which started of as a really negative

Which started of as a really negative situation was then made pleasant by one of the sky advisors her name is Rebecca I was pasted around 4 times before speaking with her until she took controle of the call and done everything she could to make me a happy customer agai she was friendly funny and made me regain my trust in sky once again please give her a raise or the recognition she deserves btw my names is Courtney Parker and she was the last person I spoke to so you can look her up on in my notes

Sky Customer Services

My sky subscription became up for renewal and as usual they were going up I phoned sky as I usually do had a bit of a wait not a big deal spoke to a very nice Scottish lady who couldn t have been more helpful nothing was to much trouble got a good discount couldn t fault it this is not the first time they are great

Brought a sky glass 5 months ago can t fault it does what it says in the tin good sound picture you don t need the remote though you get one lots more stations Netflix etc and paying less than before was dreading things might go wrong but not had a problem and as for talking with sky customer service over the years found them easy to contact and always got a good price

I m astonished by the amount of negative reviews reporting on unscrupulous customer service from Sky TV I have just agreed a new contract with Sky after horrifying experience with Virginmedia In the four years previously with Sky I received excellent five star service great customer service and a dedicated phone number for disable customer s I now have serious worries as there are no input from Sky responding to the customer complaints that s the difference between Virginmedia and Sky Virginmedia customer service reply and offer solutions I was very pleased and looking forward to returning to Sky now have serious doubts

Know these companies can be a pain and understand they most get things wrong but have to say here they been brilliant with us I so wish others were as good
