We have a CCJ upheld against Sky for the damage caused to our Sky Glass TV back in September The CCJ was issued to Sky in November as they had failed to respond to the court in time Sky and their legal team continue to dispute the CCJ and have refused to pay up despite the court ordering them to Instead of settling the case and apologising they have instructed their legal team to appeal the CCJ and claim to have tried to contact me to resolve the case They haven t I haven t received a single email or letter from a person other than automated stuff To top things off we cancelled the streaming service when out TV which we owned broke We were out of contract so within our rights to do so Since September we have received monthly emails threatening debt collection for unpaid streaming service fees even though we cancelled When I phone the collections team they always say don t worry we ll sort it as we can see you informed us you were cancelling back in September Unbelievable I can t attach evidence on this review but it is on other Google reviews that I have left for Sky Still a wall of silence
