I have been unable to download programme content from my Sky box An hour on the phone with their representative failed to solve the issue so an engineer visit was scheduled It took the engineer only minutes to confirm this was as issue with a Sky update causing the problem for some users and that technicians were working on it Meanwhile sorry nothing to be done until the problem is fixed So I m paying for a service I can t use The customer service representative was excellent the engineer arrived on time within 2 days Nevertheless given the cost of Sky TV this is entirely unacceptable and a refund should be forthcoming I ll report further
