I usually get bad headaches from having to wear glasses for to long and while watching the screen to much in the evening Since purchasing a pair of blue light blockers I noticed that I don t have such bad headaches anymore and that my sleep has improved normally I wouldn d fall asleep for ages because my headhurts but since using the glasses it has gotten much better and I am able to wind down in the evening much easier and get to bet without any problems
