The worst thing that happened to me in my life when setting up an account I asked the agent if I could buy bonus spins with a welcome bonus she guaranteed me that yes and then I deposited money and i can not play So I demanded a refund for which I am still waiting and waiting but I hope that the advice of people with comments will help AVOID LIKE FIRE

No contact possible No live chat and on email they react like ones a week Also my account got blocked for no reason only email I got back was that his college explained why I was temporarily blocked But obviously I knew nothing nothing was explained My deposit was delayed so I got my 160 euro deposit today on my account but since my account got blocked I have no access to my money It s like they did it on purpose to steal my money Dont trust this casino and pls dont play here

Banking issue or lies

Have been waiting over 4 weeks for my winnings First told it had been sent contacted bank after 10 days no money sent Told to be patent still no arrived after 2 weeks Emailed then daily getting no replys to email Now l am being told that they have a banking issue and cannot send money at present outside EU Find this strange as l can deposit form here Australia but they cannot send money They cannot tell ne how long delay will be just that they are working on this problem Am sick of all the different story lies l am beiong told Have never had problem before like l said happy to take deposits but NOT PAYING OUT

Horrible I am still waiting for my withdrawal after having gone through their verification process and provided all the necessary documents All documents were verified and approved and they processed the deposit close to two weeks ago but I have still not received my money They do not answer emails at least they have not done so yet emailed 5 days ago Their customer support via the chat function said three days ago that they would have their finance team look into it and contact me within 1-2 days but there has been no word from them yet I hope they will solve my withdrawal soon but I will never deposit or play anything else at this site I would say there are at least 30-40 different casino sites that are better and more professional

Terrible company - refuse to honour bonus emails

Terrible company Received a welcome offer email but when I deposited my initial funds they failed to honour the bonus Contacted them on chat and they said I wasn t eligible even though I had received the email Refused to tell me why I suddenly wasn t eligible I suspect their plan is to temp customers to deposit with the email then refuse to pay the bonus in the hope that customer then just wager the deposit anyway as withdrawing the funds in such a hassle

Not paying withdrawal

Deposited 100 over a couple of days sent my documents in all verified and approved Won 500 on a game so withdrew 400 Placed a deposit limit of 100 on my account 24 hours later and withdrawal is refused and apparently returned to my account It hasn t been No explanation except that can t verify the account details All docs say accepted I ve been playing and depositing for a couple of days All a little too convenient I wouldn t bother with this site if I were you I never leave reviews on anything but I am so angry right now they have now told me this is a technical error and their finance team are putting it through manually Will update again once I receive payment customer service very helpful

AVOID - Would give zero but not an option m Uploaded all requested documents and after a week still pending will not acknowledge or reply have now self excluded Absolute crap go to any other site and avoid this like the plague I ve now moved funds from my account as I ve every reason to see this ad a scam site
