Great service they go the extra mile

Great service in a convenient location Felt very happy that our car would be indoors We accidentally left a small bag in the minibus and they noticed phoned us immediately so could easily turn round and collect it Can t thank them enough

Everything was as expected The driver was waiting with a minibus to take us and our luggage on the 5 minute trip to our cruise ship He was very friendly and polite He loaded and unloaded all our bags and gave very clear instructions regarding the collection of our vehicle when we returned Very slick service all round They even sorted out our car battery which had gone flat Definitely highly recommended

Brilliant service excellent communication with staff you felt confident in the service The staff were amazingly helpful with a great sense of humour making the whole experience a joy Cases were carried and loaded up for you Cars were checked before and on return for any damage Would definitely recommend and use again

Southampton cruise parking were brilliant Txt them before we arrived and guys were waiting for us and took us straight to cruise terminal When we arrived back in Southampton guy was waiting for us at designated spot went back to their office where our car was ready for us to leave Great service all round

I lost my case so not only did the driver return to the terminal but found it and brought it back to me Meanwhile while at their offices I was given the use of the loo Also given a hot drink for myself and my husband cant praise them enough for their superb care and thumbs up Ken the driver who vowed he would find my case and he did See me I thought someone had nicked it how wrong was I The manager stayed with gave me advice we chatted I explained to him I found it difficult to find the place he explained they would be displaying a huge sign in the future right outside for everyone to see They were a new budding 7 month old company and times are hard so all I will say please people out there support this company and get first class service and more out of the guys there Ken a true gentleman and scholar x

Very organised efficient service Car is photographed on arrival and parked inside building for you Minibus transfer to cruise ship very organised and easy on our return we were driving home within 15 minutes of walking off the ship Would highly recommend and we will definitely use again
