False advertisement about what you see online vs what you get in the mail When I bought up the difference in photos in person and in their website they responded The picture is for illustration purposes only which means you will not receive what you see in the pictures Unbelievable

Ordered my bracelet for my husband to come Valentine s Day and the order was shipped but an error on their part made it return to sender Contacted the company several times to get an answer to what happened and see if they can send me a new one I didn t think this place was a scam but I guess it is I hope someone contacts me soon about my order

Purchased a bracelet and the band broke When I wrote the company to fix it they said they would send the bands to fix it myself But that I would have to pay for shipping I went in to pay for shipping and it charged an additional shipping cost on top of the shipping I wrote the company about it and they never responded Poor customer service and cheap jewelry DO NOT ORDER

The chain was exactly how it was pictured but I am very disappointed in the beads They were not black they looked like a brown underlay and did not look like any of the photos
