Missed Deadlines and Unprofessional Handling I Do Not Recommend SPCTEK

I hired SPCTEK for an account assessment intended to identify the root cause of my Amazon account deactivation and serve as the foundation for a future Plan of Action POA Unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing After the promised deadline passed I had to reach out to ask why the report had not been delivered They responded that they were still working on it which already seemed strange given that they had access to my Amazon account for several days Shortly after they contacted me again asking for new access to my account which confirmed my concerns in more than seven days they had not properly worked on my case nor gathered the necessary information The final report was merely a repetition of the information I had originally provided with no new analysis no strategic recommendations and no real foundation for a Plan of Action It fell far below the level of professionalism and service that had been promised
