Great product Could do better we expectation setting on delivery date During time of order delivery date indicated was April 7 Good were received a couple more days later Otherwise good deal on product

The service webpage and customer service was good but my only objection was that one of the items I bought was out of stock and I did not get any message about it sportbay was waiting one week to get it and sent to me but I did not had any idea So when I called to ask what happens with what I bought because did not arrive and was not clear when I could recieve it I knew was out of stock and then I knew you were waiting to get it again to can sent to me Please pay attention with this because we had one idea and the truth is other Thank you

Beautiful yoga-mat and carrying case Only your website colors were not clear There was a light blue and a dark blue yoga-mat in the website photo but only one blue to enter for the order Or you need two possibilities light blue or dark blue or get rid of one of these mats in the photo if you can not order it

Great build quality

The paralletes seem well finished Would have been nice to know the size of the nylon screws before hand I expected there to be an appropriate spanner in the box I had to order a spanner - due to workshops being closed - after receiving my paralletes

Overall good service shipping notification can be improved

In general the service was really good and the only point that I would suggest to be improved is related to the notification of the goods being dispatched that I was notified by Post NL one day before then by SportsBay that my purchase was shipped

corrected mistake quickly

Ordering experience was great For some strange reason the address was copied from the invoice to their instructions to the carrier should not be automatic With a zipcode in Amsterdam should be no address mistake Anyhow when I noticed that the item was returned I got reply quickly both from sportsbay and the carrier and it was fixed the next day Items are good exactly what expected
