Good Service

Good Service The delivery went smoothly and as planned I would buy from them again The product is ok but the instructions that come with it are really lacking information about how to install the product I really wish there was either more information included with the product or at least a link I could follow to an installation video or text

Ordered and arrived on time but not entirely as expected 2 items ordered looked dramatically different than in photograph Another item was not as good quality Still they were suitable substitutes and ok to keep Other item was exactly as expected Overall OK but if I was ordering more expensive things and it did not come as expected I d be sorely disappointed

Quickly delivered

Quickly delivered The weight of the dumbells set was not correctly advertised Actually the holders weights only 0 6kg Therefore the weight of the set is 29 2kg The plastic screwer does not fit well so it requires more time and affort to fix the weights

Excellent price and fast service

Excellent price and fast service My only slight niggle was that the weights were sent with a different carrier DHL and I wasn t informed about this or given any tracking info - it turned out alright in the end but if I had know I could have made arrangements to be home for the delivery Could have been a nightmare to pick up heavy weights from a DHL drop off

Then bosu pro balls are awesome - hoping they will hold out and be robust enough for our gym So many possibilities for strength and stability work Happy with the service and efficiency

Everything was an amazing price

When I placed my first order at Sportbay I read some bad reviews here and on Instagram related to orders never being delivered and got rather apprehensive However all my 5 orders until now went extremely smooth 4 out of the 5 were delivered within the estimate 2-3 days estimated for my orders My last order was estimated to take 8-9 days but ended up taking 11 I think During this period because of my urgency in receiving the order asap the customer service kept me updated by email often and always communicated with respect empathy clarity and helpfulness The best customer service I have ever encountered hands down Now all the stuff I got from them was of good quality but you may find better material on other websites cheaper despite having to pay extra for sending costs So keep that in mind

Awesome Hexagonal dumbbells are my favourite at home exercise product I have a few dumbbell sets in this range and absolutely love them Use with an at home bench and you will be in heaven I recommend 100
