Speed delivery and great customer s support I have a question regarding my payment and it was solved fast and without problem The delivery to Germany was fast as well I am enjoying my new yoga mat

I bought 4 orders with 12 items on different days and they were all delivered some arrived a few days late but you have to be calm and things are easier all excellent i would buy here again without a doubt 10 10 10

Good customer service I had an issue with my order the delivery was late because one of the items was out of stock and they replaced that item with a more expensive one without charging me extra and I received my delivery the next day after notifying them

Mediocre experience

I am very satisfied though it was delivered a day late by the postman The thick yoga mat is the same as what I was expecting it is of a good quality and the elastic band is just ordinary but it will serve it s purpose In total I gave you a 5 star

Quick dispatch plus excellent CS

Hula hoop was delivered on time and was well-packaged Good quality just as I expected There was a CD and an instruction regarding putting hula hoop together Nicely weighted not too heavy yet not too light Also love the colors Make sure to follow the instructions and to not to overwork first week or two You can feel the effect after working out Thank you

Exceptional experienceI ordered 153 VAT and shipping included worth of sport equipment and they even went out of their way to ship to a country not on their usual shipping list Holland- Denmark Right there I was extremely impressed and was at a 5 Unfortunately a warehouse incident slowed down my order and 2 weeks passed before It was shipped 4-5 all things considered

I ordered five items one of them a very heavy one and the ETA was 2 weeks after 5 days I have my order at home and everything is in perfect condition also had to discuss a problem with my order after ordering and they provide me with a good and quick explanation in less than 24 hours I would definitely recommend and purchase again here

Dumbells and dumbell rack

I ordered a hula hoop and then was informed about unforseen long delivery times so I cancelled the order Sportbay gave me a 5 - voucher for the hassle so I ordered a different hoop which was delivered in time perfectly wrapped and I love to train with it very much Great company with great service
