My order is still missing

My order is still missing I wrote an email after three days no answer I got an track and trace mail from bmd with the deliverytime But no order I wrote sportbay nl on facebook They told me once that the order will be send and shortly after that they wrote that they already send But still I don t know if I ever get my order OPLICHTERS

worst customer support

worst customer support I ve encountered my order was sent 5 weeks after it was placed On the website the status of the order was COMPLETED even if they hadn t send the order yet this happened twice I received 2 tracking numbers for packages that were not sent When they finally sent my order 5 weeks after the order was sent and only after I called at least 6 times only 2 out of 4 products were sent but by mail they sent the invoice for all 4 products definitely DO NOT RECOMEND

Did not receive whole order

I did not receive the entirety of my order and Sportsbay s customer service in response to this has been non-existent I have called 10 times without being able to speak to a representative and my emails have gone unanswered with no suggestion that they even have a policy to respond at all I plan to report them to the relevant Dutch authorities in fact

Towel not in stock but still charged

Towel not in stock but still charged Chose another towel and recieved emails it will arrive in 3 days and ot didn t Recieved yet another email saying it would arrive yesterday Still haven t recieved the towel I understand stand due to covid logistics there are delivery issues but you appear to have many issues with misinformation on the site with stock and with delivery

Dissapointed

Unfortunately I cant give a good review as my order was processed incorrectly and I received the wrong cheaper products than what I ordered and my order was also not complete Im still waiting for customer support to respond to how to fix this Im also surprised sportbay asked me to review them even before we even solved my issue in which case I probably would have given a good review Very dissappinted

My package didn t arrive to me at the

My package didn t arrive to me at the given time plus in the track and trace status it was mentioned that the address was incorrect they don t even call you when the package is there Therefore the package returned back to sportbay And they promised mento send it again but there were no progress in the coming days This situation made me sad

Can not use bench due to Missing Parts

I bought a training bench to find an important part is missing i e a bolt I have been waiting for almost two weeks now and have yet to receive said mentioned bolt I shall be returning the training bench as it is not fit for purpose Although I have given a one star rating in reality I give ZERO You have my money for something I can not use

Very poor return policy

Very poor return policy After i have already paid for shipping i also need to pay for return When you go to the website and check the return steps they never mention that buyer need to pay for return So i end up paying about 13 for shipping and return for an item worth 19

I can t say anything good about your services just because I didn t get my order It was made and paid January 21 And now is January 29 but I do not have the order in my hands I do not have the money from the order I didn t receive You promised to fix that but still nothing You cannot normally coordinate with transportation company you even didn t call or write to agree the order because I ve left a note and I wrote a couple of times the phone number Nothing Zero services No money no order wasted time

After one month still not received the balance board I ordered

On January 18th I have ordered a balance board at Sportbay nl Almost one month later all I have received is two email notifications telling me the product I ordered is coming later again Current delivery date after the last mail is March 3rd over 6 weeks from the date I ordered Even when ordering stuff on Ali express I receive these within one month I begin to wonder if I will ever receive anything at all from this company except mails telling me my order is delayed
