Package in very bad condition looks like a second hand product

I m still waiting for my order The previous one took 1 month

was delivered 2 days after target datewhen putting together the screws did not fit

Na 1 week nog geen levering en geen reactie vd klantenservice na telefonisch en mail contact

Step has almost no grip and slide very easily making it dangerous to make step

Still waiting for my order to be complete Ordered 6 x 10 kg but only received 4 x 10 kg

to be honest on the positive side the delivery was super fast while we are in this corona situation and also the fact that I finally found a bench that is not out of stockthe bench is OK but below my expectationsFirst of the all there is practically zero instructions on the manual to assemble it I am pretty basic when it comes to handy work and it took me ages because of the bad manual also the screws is very very hard and it requires so much effort to lock them completely the bench itself is of OK quality but I didn t like the fact that the part you sit on is not straight and it doesn t show this in the pictures also the part where you put your back on is doest sit straight at 90 at its best position it is still inclined which something that also doesn t show in the picture I still didn t use the bench for a long time but I am a little bit disappointed to be honest

Very disappointed to realize that the return cost is charged on the customer For the heavy sport equipments the charge can be high compared to the product price

Only positive I can give is regarding customer support The support was responsive reachable and understood my request Everything else was really sub-par The articles I ordered was not available even though they could have been selected on the web shop my payment was processed and I got an invoice Later I was notified that articles were not available and got offered a refund but I needed the articles and could not waste any more time in getting refund and ordering again so I agreed for replacement that I didn t want or researched I was not offered replacement to be clear I was offered money refund The article I received was damaged and really looked returned or second hand I decided not to complain any longer I managed to make it work with the cost of frustration and some effort

I ordered INSPORTLINE Deluxe pull up bar Instead of it I received a pull up bar of another model Similar but another model and another manufacturer This model change was not aligned with me But the delivery was fast
