Sportbay nl is obviously cheap and cheerful but there is something to wish for shipping the right order Two out of seven items in my last order were not the goods that I have ordered It is only the second time I am using the online shop but unfortunately with a similar experience as with the first order I placed Very disappointing As a fitness professional I wanted to test this site in order to recommend it to my clients and for buying products to my business I cannot rely on such poor service As a conclusion I cannot recommened sportbay nl to any customers friends or any other person

Here is the problem I ordered it for days then been told that the color I want ran out and then ask me for a replacement let s ignore the fact that the green one make you looks like a caterpillar this slow progress almost made me miss our trip very unpleasant experience

at first they ve sent the order without the dumbellset I didn t see anywere that the dumbellset is not available afterwards although I ve asked them to send the dumbellset to another address they just skipped this and yeah they said that my order will not be shipped when they said because they don t know why seriously you don t know why and finally even though they didn t changed the address the dumbellset finally arrived and I hate it but this is my problem

I received my order after 5 days One of the items - Massage hoelahoep HEALTH HOOP One - is really cheap quality and I wanted to return it but unfortunately they don t offer free return service and its quiet heavy one I wrote a review on their site but they didn t public it

I have yet to use the item but the service wasn t good I ordered seeing that it guaranteed 24 hour delivery in Benelux As I live in Netherlands this was perfect Over a week later the products hadn t been delivered Sportbay apologised after 3 days of waiting and said it would arrive the next day but it didn t arrive and then ignored my questions as to where it was A week later it has arrived but DO NOT use this company if you need the product quickly

Placed my order on 15th November and got the last item today 09 Dec One item was declared out of stock after I d placed my order and I instructed Sportbay to send the rest of the items That took almost a week and even then Post NL delivered them a day later than stated Finally I had to remind Sportbay to send me the item that was originally out of stock I would not use them again

I was supposed to get the order withing 24h but already 4 days in a row I get the emails that my order is being sent by the post with track and trace In the last email they said they have received the payment which is confusing why they inform about this after a few days The staff does not seem to care what emails they are sending Its been already 5 days and I got neither track and trace nor my order

2 stars for having at least a part of my order and for the customer service As some of the people I had also experienced missing items in my parcel After I sent them an email they stated that there has been a packing issue and that I will get the rest of my items as soon as possible A few days later they tell me that one of the items is sold out so they will reimburse me for it I did receive it Then after waiting a few more days I became concerned where my other missing item was because they said it has been sent so I emailed them again and they had provided me a tracking link which even after 11 days still says that the package has not been physically handed over to PostNL I tried emailing them but I keep getting a mail returned saying that The email account that you tried to reach does not exist I will never order from Sportbay again

I have ordered item but it was broken I have contacted customer service on tuesday but my problem is still not resolved

the quality of the product and the speed of delivery was good however one of the products ordered was missing I had to call back to get it delivered
