Delivery information was incorrect and delivery was tardy

I wanted to order two different items At selection it said both items would be next day delivery however when it came to make payment it stated by one product that the delivery would be anything up to 2 weeks I found this slightly annoying as I wanted the products quickly I went back into the order process and deleted the product that would not be delivered next day Unfortunately the product that promised a next day delivery was delivered 3 days later I ordered it on a Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday afternoon Now I cannot decided whether to order the other product as I will have to pay shipping costs again and wonder how long delivery really will take Having said this the product that I received is exactly what I wanted and Sportbay have a good selection and are reasonably priced

Hula hoop Powerhoop Deluxe 1 6-1 9 kg PHDeluxe

All was ok but I think the hulla hop has been used before as one of the junctions was scraped The box had some weird inside stains too Also please follow the instruction of the manufacture and do not use more than 3 minutes in the 1st day I did 15 minutes and get a huge bruise as it is warned you might get My bad

Penny Board with broken wheels

I have ordered Penny Board but it was delivered with broken wheels I have contacted customer support via email and WhatsApp tried via phone but it was always busy and my problem is still not resolved I do not recommend this store because their customer support department is not reliable at all Completely disappointed with the service and the quality of the product

Delivery with 2 parcels

Instead of one delivery with 2 parcels two deliveries were arranged Both delivery appointments didn t specify a specific timeslot DHL didn t bring the parcel on 15th floor claiming that it does not fit the height in the elevator using their forklift Thus I managed to bring the 50Kgr parcel myself to my apartment

I had to wait longer than i expected

I had to wait longer than i expected for my order also i ordered originally other article online it was available suddenly after i paid i got info that its not available anymore and i have to choose other one instead thats why i had to wait longer also post nl service is not sattisfying for me im dissapointed with them not for the forst time eventually i got my article for ok price although i found cheaper afterwards but the stress was not worth it
