I returned the shoes by mail and it s been 2 month no refund yet I always shop online on many platforms the Sport Chek has the worst customer service ever it is like scammers

Their customer service is horrendous

Their customer service is horrendous once you place an order you can neither modify it nor cancel it though it has not been shipped

Do not get your figure skates sharpened there

I recently went to sport check to sharpen my expensive figure skates that I use for professional skating The guy was very rude to me and took over an hour to sharpen them When I picked them up I noticed scratches all over and a type of oil on the boot itself I decided to bring them in to a professional figure skating store and they told me that the blade was completely ruined and skate stores would not accept them cause the tail was completely rounded Those skates were new and I got them about a week before The rounded tail unbalanced the skate If you have figure skates do not trust them with your skates Good day

walked into Sportchek Ajax a week ago

walked into Sportchek Ajax a week ago found a winter coat it was on sale I walked up to the cashier and paid for it took all of 10 minutes The cashier was friendly even offering additional discounts like for friends and family or something like that she handed me a Canadian tire card with points as an extra tossed the jacket on the table no bag and wished me well No mention of final sale or anything else of importance I m walking to my car with my kids she runs outside and hands me a receipt she forgot to give me I toss it in the car again no mention of a final sale on sale items Yesterday I try on the jacket it s too large tags are still on it brand new unworn I go back to the store today 6 days after buying to try and get a same exact jacket smaller size Cashier tells me too bad so sad final sale She calls the manager by phone he doesn t bother coming over and he supports no exchange no refunds BUT I was NEVER told final sale Never OTHERWISE I would have triple-checked everything like fitment of course So I walk out of the store stuck with a jacket that s too big and useless to me It had been years since I walked into a sportchek having bought all my kids and my coats from sporting life and with this experience I will never walk into a Sportchek again in my life Sportchek is dead to me

Expired vitamins was sent twice

Expired vitamins was sent twice I received 7 expired vitamins out of 8 that I have ordered I returned all the expired vitamins at the store and they placed an order for me online I got the package yesterday and all 5 boxes were all expired again This is alarming What will happen to other customers who ordered the same vitamins but don t bother checking the expiration dates Very disappointing Sportchek

if you want to over pay for yoga pants go to sport check

went to sport chek at sundridge to buy a mma mouthpiece and a ball glove for my grandson the store is now 2 3 of overpriced women s sport clothes with some hockey baseball and bicycle stuff found nothing in fact it took 3 people to show me where the mouth guards are and when i asked to open a package to make sure it s the type of guard i need the lady said no set it down thanked the kid for helping me and left the store to never to come back this is a store where women can spend more time looking good in their overpriced stuff instead of being serious for sports

Ordered a jacket 9th January still hasn t arrived contacted them 3 times and heard nothing not happy wudnt recommend

Faulty site links inventory not up to date

It seems everytime I try to order anything from their website that says it is in stock they do not actually have the item in stock and later cancel my order without notifying me Also if you search for specific items it will bring them up and say they are on clearance but not available online then when you click to check availability in store the site freezes Horrible experiences bad inventory

Rules to shop here are absurd

Sportchek has an aggressive policy towards sanitizing customers hands before they enter the store With so many better options I won t shop here until this changes I know how to manage my own hygiene thank you
