The Foundation issues

The loan process itself was fine No issues there My issue was the foundation They give you a speel about it then ask you to open your email and click to initial sign the agreement Luckily I knew about it and said I wasn t interested They simply would not take no for answer and kept pushing trying to convince me this was the only way I would raise my credit Which is untrue as it s increased significantly in recent years After a few minutes of back and forth and then not accepting the fact that I was not interested i ended up hanging up I received a text stating that since I wasn t interested in improving my score the foundation loan has been voided I ended up sending the entire loan back and I will not use them again due to this experience

Horrible experience with this business

Horrible experience with this business applied for a loan 4 days ago and haven t even heard anything from them Went to their online chat and a rude representative didn t even give me a chance to ask my question before just giving me a we are reviewing your application An the website says 2 days processing time so much for accuracy

Super friendly employees but

Super kind associates very helpful although the process was sped up and didn t allow time to read the contract Read through both the loan agreement and The Foundation prior to signing on the phone sorry for the time taken on the associates side Found The Foundation was not for me and in my opinion felt slightly aggressive and overall not worth the amounts put into the plan

Knowledgeable and Helpful

The two representatives I worked with through Spring Financial were knowledgeable prompt helpful and easy to interact with They explained in what affects my Credit Score and gave me tips on how to improve it The complaint I have is there seemed to be hidden Optional fees for a Home and Auto Security Plan that was not explained to me what it was or what i was signing up for and I am still unsure of what it actually is and Optional Loan Protection Plan that were on my original documents that I did not agree to and did not notice until I was reading closely during signing I declined the Home and Auto Security Plan so they had to redo the documents but it brought my payment down almost 43 month Be aware of these extras and read the agreement closely

Well the people are very professional

Well the people are very professional and know what they are talking about Disliked that the loan amount received was lower But overall experience was great but have cancelled all applications Sorry for the inconvenience

The loan was quick and in my account

The loan was quick and in my account right away However I felt like the documents were went through very fast and not explained well and I felt one pressure to decide in that moment without being able to process

Goal Almost Achieved

Although I was a little disappointed that my initial request was not honored considering my monthly annual income is in my view healthy but I get it I have not been on the financial radar for quite some time I do understand that it s all abut credit score or the lack there of I liked the fact of honesty

People were great and the progress was acceptable but the starting rate was a major disappointment Will renegotiate in 3 months as was suggested as possible Will see what comes then

The set up of the application was made

The set up of the application was made simple by associates from spring financial that created a greast repoire with me and made it easy to apply for this loan The technology did totally let me down at the close of the sale however because I needed a cell phone text to close I had no phone so I could not by the product I was really disapointed because I am solution min and I want to improve my credit score I know that the problem could be fixed by havig a few options for how to get my coeds like by email
