I felt confident with the Spring Financial expert who assisted me through the initial forms to sign and to make sure I understood the sections He was very clear throughout and answered those questions that I wanted to make sure I had correct Also I appreciated his patience when I paused to ask having us cover the whole process in excellent timing I couldn t find my charger cord for my laptop however I noted that with 10 charge left I wasn t worried knowing it would get done Thank you for an excellent progression

I got a few calls from different people until I finally got to the lending part but that is okay because at least someone is reading your application The people I spoke with were very nice and the final gentleman I talked to explained everything to me so that I understood the whole process
