Everyone wanted to help They were all friendly and you could understand them and they were able to understand me Stephanie had a problem with her phone microphone it was always hard to hear her and I had to keep asking to repeat I hope she did not feel bad about it Her microphone should be looked at Besides that everything was top-notch
