I have been trying for a few years now to get a loan from this place and they turn me down everytime and they try to get me to sign up for their foundation program where I have to pay and then I get a loan from them and it s bloody ridiculous when people are desperately in need I thought these places say we can help but really they lie to you I wouldn t waste my time with this company they don t care about people and there circumstances as far as I am concerned they just want to take your money instead of helping people like society today and places of business they have no heart or care in there body it all about the money so I give up on this company they lie and don t care just my opinion

Spring Financial advertises that they do not do a credit check and that they cater to bad credit My credit is considered good but during the application process I did not want to input my bank card and password on their secure site Instead I had to submit bank statements tax assessments and income taxes for 2 years Even though I was only going for 1 500 they rejected my application but still did a hard check on my credit rating I also had to wait for 2 days instead of 2 hours to get this result

These people are so damn lie STAY AWAY I agree with the few others saying they probably bought those reviews so lie

To know that I can t even even rely upon a financial-ist Tution you guys to provide me with a loan when I know I can pay it back is brutal It s because of situations like this people kill themselves Thank you so much Have a great day

I need to canceled that foundation taken my money from my bank but i don t have a phone number to contact them please help me where i can contact them to canceled my contribution i don t want taken money to my account i don t owe money for them

I last submitted a review on this financial institution last January 2023 and I have even sent them registered mail and emails and still haven t received any response from them They sucked me into their Foundation program without even me knowing what it was after a few months I cancelled it once I realized what these scammers had done and they didn t return a cent of my money and even marked on my credit report that I had missed payments for something I didn t even want This company is a joke and I would not recommend them to anyone

Worst experience ever had to wait over 13hrs the following and would have not gotten a call back if I hadn t called them This was after I was approved just waiting on them taking me through the process Then they approved me for a lot less then was originally stated to me So after this horrible way of being treated was put on the phone with another agent to Tru and sell me on their foundation program I told them I was not interested as this would have cost 1 5times on top of my loan payment They continued to try and sell me on the product and was very pressure sales tactic way of doing things and some people may have felt forced to take it Then to top things off the agent tried to shame me into it by saying so you don t care about your credit score at this point I was extremely upset with the agent cause that is no way to start a relationship with a new client or any client for that fact I am considering contacting BBB to relay how they try and pressure you into extra items Never again will I use them and I strongly advise no one else use them either You really need to train your agents better

Applied for a 25 000 loan got denied came back with a 10 000 loan at 46 5 which I declined because of the interest rate decided to take 3000 over six months after signing and completing the loan I got passed off to spring financial advisor from spring Can t remember his name nor do I care he wanted me to sign on a foundation agreement which was going to cost me more money out side the loan to try to boost up my credit at that time i told him that I needed to reach out to my financial advisor to see if this was a good idea As I m trying to rebuild my credit and pay some stuff off he was really pushing this document on me and was very rude he then told me to have a good day and hung up on me I will not be using spring financial ever again this was the worst experience I ve always used gopeer for loans and I ll stick with them going forward The interest isn t crazy either
