Felt rush into it

I recently applied and got a call back But was at a bad time I was at work and could hear good over the phone they didn t offer anything like a call back at another time He kept saying this will only take a minute even after I told him I wasn t sure Made me feel trap

The customer service care was awesome

The customer service care was awesome however the lender would not approve me for even close to what I needed and asked for Took a smaller loan just to help my credit instead of the full amount they did approve me for as it wasn t worth the interest amount they were asking Other than that the signing process went quickly and the customer service again was awesome

Literally harassed me until I accepted

Literally harassed me until I accepted text messages phone calls constantly always telling mw that I wasn t making a good decision for my credit to not accept and then barely effected credit score a year later with every payment on time and in full manipulative pushy staff

Patronizing and predatory

I found the customer service rep very patronizing He talked about things I hadn t asked about and as if I was ignorant It was hard to communicate with him and in the end he didn t offer any solutions that would work for me

They make it sound so easy and fast on their website but there is nothing easy about this I would not recommend to anyone But I will say everyone was friendly and professional

Brutal customer service

Following the initial application the team was extremely pushy and impatient It almost got to the point where I just cancelled completely The product they offer is good but the customer service is absolutely brutal

No care for my personal time lied to me

Took almost all day to complete loan process At the end of the initial call I was told that a manager would call me back in less then an hour to finalize loan They didn t call me back until 3 5 hours later At the beginning of second phone call the manager said the process would take 15 minutes that he needed to put me on hold for just a minute I was put on hold for 55 minutes While going over the loan contract I was told that my employer would only be contacted to verify my employment if I missed a payment The next day my manager informed me that she received a call to verify my employment was then put on hold After being on hold for 15 minutes she had to hang up as she was very busy They don t seem to care about people s time

Lazy customer service after receiving the loan

I had a very great experience when going through the application process Unfortunately the quality of their service drop immensely once the loan is given to you I asked their chat agent how I can change my payment information but I was met with copy pasted text that only answered half of my questions When asked about the other unanswered portion I was met again with more copy pasted text While I don t mind it I understand that it may be a redundant task for them I would ve appreciated it if I could have had my questions answered at once instead of me needing to get it out of them Even worse when they give you the wrong information about the lender of my loan they told me to contact ConsumerCapital Canada It also gets worse when I communicated that I didn t mind the copy pasting but minded the lack of information I still had more questions I was given a copy pasted text basically telling me to reach out again

Your adds on bureau monitoring apps are very catchy and give a wide gap of interest rates Your response times are very good and understandably so with the cost of borrowing income you make on clients you can hire a lot of staff I ve found myself in a situation where I have a less than great credit score but all circumstantial via recent separation increased housing costs due to separation and making commission income only that is dependent on the mortgage industry As a professional in this industry with market reliance on income I have maintained savings to take me through peaks and valleys but also due to recent separation have depleted my savings I had all of this information all of the necessary documents to support this information readily available When I asked my rate I was given a generic B lender runaround rate and compound hoopla when I questioned my cost of borrowing I was made to feel bullied and patronized asking How long do you expect to pay a 10k loan I understand many of your clients might be in a situation they created and controlled but I KNOW that there are many like me that are doing the best they can and despite revolving balances have not missed a single payment The very last thing a mother who is doing whatever she can to ensure her kids and household get food in their bellies should feel is judged and pressured by anyone and especially lenders who know very well that customers reaching out to them are to the point of no options I was pressured many times and told my rate is charged daily etc The COB on this loan is over double what I borrowed While I am not naive enough to think I m the dream borrower right now I do know I deserve to not have the truth and ugliness of needing this loan used against me nor the truth misrepresented and sugar coated I WILL pay this loan off before its term and never come back
