I like speaking with the agents They were polite and helpful What I did not like were the long breaks me having to resend information and not getting all the requirements at once then being denied the loan LOL

I liked the promptness of the application process and the loan specialist was very good at explaining the terms and customizing my loan details I didn t like how pushy the credit specialist was for his services I turned down the credit specialist services but he kept pushing for me to pay for credit rating increase services and didn t appreciate his demeanour and pushiness

Signed up for the foundation a year ago perfect payments and no score improvements NOW it s time to pay me back because I completed the program and I m still waiting 2 weeks and no reimbursement of MY money funny how it takes them seconds to take my money but who knows how long to get it back NEVER AGAIN ok this part is an edit from first part and I gotta say if you write a review it really gets there attention and the service at this point is outstanding and refund was released just to bad it took me doing this to get it resolved

Alright didn t get the loan but maybe this will help would of like too be allowed my day too think about it but was guaranteed I can decline this anytime

They say bad credit or no credit accepted but are decline your application when you have either of those problems I don t like the false advertising yet I can t complain because they re all the same Only thing they want is your money

The overall experience was fine My complaint is that I didn t want the insurance since I have CAA a great corporate account through work and am fully insured on the home front Now I have to spend the time calling and cancelling it as it is just duplicating expenses I have It should be an option and not just tossed at the custoner with very little explanation

I really wish they could help me all I want is to borrow 3000 I can pay 175every 2 weeks for 12 months But you keep turning me down I understand why people feel overwhelmed I think it s a computer making the decision not a real person

I did not like being so rushed through the documents without having time to read them I didn t like finding out afterwards that there is some home policy attached to the loan that had never been mentioned I appreciated receiving the loan

I applied for a loan but they turned me down I wished they would talk to me I m in a very frustrating point right now but they just said no Very frustrating No wonder people go crazy over money issues No wonder people go to other loan agencies who offer a loan for horrible interest rates Not sure what I have to do to get help
