I asked specific questions of the broker and was misinformed I was also told that all documents would be taken care of when I asked for documents to be forwarded to the lawyers office my emails and calls were ignored Not happy with the outcome at all

Bad experience

Worst experience of my life I felt I was pressure and badgered into signing the contract When I wanted to cancel the scrutinized over what I spend my money on After speaking to a manager a few days later I feel better about my experience but I still think the representative I was speaking to who I finally got to cancel my contract was poorly trained and need to know badgering the customer is not a good thing I felt so badly after talking to him hes was like if you didnt spend your money on McDonald s all the time you could afford this I felt like I was under investigation or something

I have tried to reach customer service for two days now Made multiple attempts to contact on several different days prior unsuccessfully I spoke to one representative at some point within the last 9 mnths since applying and he was amazing however initially I applied for a loan and was told I had to sign up for a secure loan first and after one payment I would be approved for a 5000 loan I decided to wait and make three payments before calling back to enquire about my 5000 loan only to be told it doesn t work that way I would like to speak to someone today Thxs

I have been trying to reach out to them for weeks now and no one responds to my emails i have put numerous applications in but it doesnt let me proceed after i put in my information Would just like someone to get back to me on how to proceed with this application

The initial call went well and went downhill after that quickly Issues with my bank verification even though it went through initially on the application process This issue has completely stumped their agents Promises of returning phone calls are not fulfilled Communication is subpar at best

I like how I build up to a loan

I like how I build up to a loan but when they closed the spring financial They say 10 business days but it will be the following Monday I closed on the 13 of November and I might get my money on the 7 of December So I would think twice about dealing with this company If they deceive you about giving time line to pay your money What else is in between the lines This was my experience Called on December 7 expected additional 5 days to get money and I bet you they aren t paying interest on the 5 days Not fast service but they are quick to take your money out

They say great things All the things that you would like to hear Yes they will help you repair credit at a cost 550 set up fee Your first payment comes out almost before you have access to any of the funds Before you enter into any type of contract with this company just remember that they are protecting themselves getting you a better credit is self-serving to them Read the terms and conditions of your contract

Though I found fresh start helpful I found that I had to continually repeat myself to the customer service rep as it seems like he wasn t listening to me I also didn t appreciate the pressure put on me once I was approved for the loan to buy into a credit rebuilding program that one of their affiliates sell I also am not a great fan of how long I had to wait for the funds

Customer service alright but

Customer service people not bad to talk with with but they talk to fast Underwritter was short on the phone with her questions and not friendly and then hangs up in your ear Unfortunatly they would not approve me due to debt ratio which is why I called them in the first place as their website said that approval would not be an issue Disappointed in the experience and since it is a hard credit pull thanks for lowering my credit score

I took a savings loan to rebuild my credit A loan for 2300 but after its paid then get refunded 1750 After the time of the loan if I waited 3 years to pay it would total over 4000 So I paid it off 3 weeks ago and yet to receive my refund I ve called and emailed but no returned phone call I ve been patient enough A mother trying to provide for my children and waiting 3 weeks for my own that I put into the loan plus interest on top is very disheartening Especially when they re so quick to take it
