Very fast serviceThe representative spoke very fast when reviewing documents and I felt it was rushedNot very happy to see a lowering of my credit score due to the hard pull when there wan t supposed to be any effect on my score when applying Lastly the interest charged was much higher than I was expecting and I m not so sure if that was the lowest rate they vould find

The first person I spoke to helped and was very friendly The second person trying to get me to apply for a foundation loan was very pushy I had to kindly remove myself from the conversation

At first I was concerned as everything was via text mostly Once we established boundaries ex Only using text from one number everything went amazingly Michael went above and beyond and they offered some financial pointers as well

I was scared that i would not understand what i was being told but it was explained very well and i wasn t made to feel dumb as at 45 i have no really good credit score but i was given the right information and now i hope to get both my daughter s and my credit scores up so we can get a house together

The company was very good on communicating with me in general The information was timely but sometimes a bit inaccurate in terms of what I could get as a loan vs what I asked for

Your agent was very helpful and provided information about your Foundation plan which I opened an account However your agent was speaking too fast I told him of my impedimnt and asked him to slow down He slowed his pace which was appreciated Thank you As the call proceded his pace started to increase and I lost some of what he was saying But I do have the document and will be reading them at turtle speed
