My favorite Lenovo X1 carbon 3rd generton laptop i delivered like every 2 years for a keyboard replacement to sstudio laptop service I WRITE BOOKS Also love the keyboard that comes with this laptop It is really great But with so much typing it starts to wear out and every 2 years I deliver it to them for replacement Always the replacement goes smoothly and i get regular customer discounts They always replace the parts for original and give a warranty for the repair Once it turned out that I ended u with a defective part but then they took care of me lke never before Really good experience every time I HIGHLY recomment

Great service I brought in my laptop because I lost access to Wi-Fi The next day the guys called to let me know that the network card was broken and only needed to be replaced It turned out my Dell model was quite popular so they had the network card in stock and I didn t have to wait for any deliveries Two days after bringing it in the laptop was ready for pickup fully functional Plus it was so thoroughly cleaned it looked brand new The service rep also showed me how to change the keyboard backlight in the BIOS which I hadn t known before Super fast repair at a reasonable price I ll definitely be back if I ever have any issues again
